This watermelon and feta cheese salad marinated in Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing is sure to excite the salad lover in you!
| 1 bottle (270 ml) |
Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing

| 4 cups x 2” cubes |
diced watermelon
|
| 2 cups |
crumbled feta cheese
|
| 1 (small) bunch |
fresh basil |
| ½ cup |
olive oil |
| 1 tsp |
flake salt |
| 1 tsp |
cracked fresh pepper |

- Using a salad bowl, toss the watermelon with ¼ of the Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Wellness Açai Dressing, reserve the rest for later.
- Place the watermelon mix in four bowls or martini glasses.
- Garnish the watermelon with the crumbled feta cheese
- Take the freshly picked basil and tear into small pieces and garnish the glasses
- Drizzle olive oil over the salad and add salt and pepper for taste.
- Finally, finish off the salad with a drizzle of Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing.
Quick Tip:
Use clemintine or mandarin oranges when watermelon is out of season.
