Baked sea bass marinated in Renée’s Tuscan Garden Wellness Dressing is served with fennel, cherry tomatoes, and small red potatoes.

1 bottle (270 ml) Renée’s Tuscan Garden Wellness Dressing
4 x 6 oz sea bass filet (or halibut) – boned and skinned
1  large white onion – thinly sliced
1 pt large fennel bulb – thinly sliced
1  red cherry tomatoes
20  small baby red potatoes – cut in half
½ cup olive oil
2 tsp flake salt
1 tsp cracked fresh pepper
4 cups water
