Watermelon and Feta Salad


This watermelon and feta cheese salad marinated in Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing is sure to excite the salad lover in you!


Tip:
Use clemintine or mandarin oranges when watermelon is out of season.

1 bottle (270 ml)
Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing
4 cups x 2” cubes
diced watermelon
2 cups
crumbled feta cheese
1 (small) bunch
fresh basil
½ cup
olive oil
1 tsp
flake salt
1 tsp
cracked fresh pepper
  • Using a salad bowl, toss the watermelon with ¼ of the Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Wellness Açai Dressing, reserve the rest for later.
  • Place the watermelon mix in four bowls or martini glasses.
  • Garnish the watermelon with the crumbled feta cheese
  • Take the freshly picked basil and tear into small pieces and garnish the glasses
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salad and add salt and pepper for taste.
  • Finally, finish off the salad with a drizzle of Renée’s Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Wellness Dressing.
