Renée’s Wellness Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Dressing

Mango, peeled & diced

Kiwi, peeled & diced

Papaya, peeled, seeded & diced
1 Cup
Strawberries, stemmed & quartered
1 Cup
Blueberries
1/4 cup
Slivered almonds
Fresh Mint leaves, if desired
Wash fruit thoroughly and mix together.
Fold in the dressing.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the flavours blend.
Present the fruit salad in a decorative dish and garnish with the almonds and sprigs of mint.
