Renée’s Wellness Pomegranate Blueberry Açai Dressing
Mango, peeled & diced
Kiwi, peeled & diced
Papaya, peeled, seeded & diced
1 Cup
Strawberries, stemmed & quartered
1 Cup
Blueberries
1/4 cup 
Slivered almonds
 
Fresh Mint leaves, if desired
  • Wash fruit thoroughly and mix together.
  • Fold in the dressing.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the flavours blend.
  • Present the fruit salad in a decorative dish and garnish with the almonds and sprigs of mint.
